_{I am very happy with this picture. I am aware the feet, and parts of the legs, didn't turn out well ( I need to practice them ) but I am unphased.
This is Dahlia.
She's a waiter at a cafe, and loves hot cocoa. The teacup on her head is always filled with it~

Oh wow! She's so pretty!

It looks really nice! I love the colored lineart, and the fact that she's a pika. You don't see many Pika OCs around. :3
